Tears While Cooking

So, the short ribs recipe called for two cups of Cabernet.

Later it asks for a long simmer to reduce down by half.

It was a good Cabernet!

Went through the final steps with tears blurring my vision.

Those short ribs better be good!

    You gave the recipe your best ingredients Tom. It made me think of life, the long slow simmer through tears while focussed on the glory of the goal. I think that’s what your post is about and I really like the analogy, those short ribs will be delicious.
